How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping $9.00 Free on orders over $50

Express shipping $14.95. Free on orders over $150

How do I track my order?

After your order is confirmed and sent you will receive a tracking number and from there you will be able to track your order!

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping within Australia 2+ Business Days

Express Shipping within Australia 1-2 Business Days

Returns Australia

15 day return policy

Have an item that isn't suited? You have 15 days to return the item.

The item needs to be in original condition in order to be returned. If it isn't in original condition it will be sent back to you.

Do we offer refunds? 

Unfortunately we only offer exchange or store credit.

How do you return an order?

When you receive your order there will be a return form included in the package. All the information will be on the form in order to return your item(s). If for some reason you're having issue's returning please contact

Can I track my order?

Currently this is not an option but I will look at developing this in the near future.

 

Where's my order?

Missing a parcel? Once the parcel has been posted we are not responsible for missing or undelivered parcels. However if this was to occur you can still get in contact with me so I can look into it and hopefully retrieve the items.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping on orders over $250 aud

Free express shipping on orders over $350 aud

International Returns

30 day return policy

Ordered something but it doesn't suit? Totally cool! You have 30 days to return it starting from the dispatch date. Items need to be in original condition with any tags left on. Items that are not kept in original condition will be sent back with an additional shipping charge.
